Positive and empowering workshops for young women that encourages them to be confident, passionate, resilient, successful and happy.
We encourage and educate young women to think about their future with hands on activities to help them learn who they are as a person, what they are passionate about, and where they want to go in life. The workshops are about empowering young women to believe in themselves, their talents and strengths and give them the tools to be successful and happy. Our goal is to educate, empower and inspire young women to grow in happiness, mindfulness, hardiness, in self- compassion and find the courage to be true to themselves and pursue the life that they want. We currently offer two workshops Her Learning This workshop focuses on: – Developing on the understanding of yourself, who you are as a person and what makes you happy. – Building self confidence and self esteem through recognition of your inherent strengths, potential and becoming comfortable in who you are. – Focusing on taking action and learning how to grow and move forward. Her Motivating This workshop focuses on: – Discussing and realising what you are passionate about, how to incorporate it into your life and be happy. – Learning to identify and set goals and push yourself to achieve them by taking positive risks. – Thinking about careers related to your passion and achieving career goals. Presently we are working on a Her Relationships workshop which will focus on bullying, healthy relationships and markers for domestic violent relationships. We also have other workshops planned such as Her Balance, Her Professional, Her Finances and a mother-daughter workshop where mothers teach their daughters life lessons that they have learnt.
There is a gap in young women’s current education and the programs that I run fills that gap and helps to influence and change young women’s lives. It gives young women an opportunity to focus on themselves, their strengths, and overall help them to be more equipped to deal with life.
People that support my business would be helping to positively change young women’s lives. They would be helping to change the world and make it more positive while influencing young women to believe in themselves, their dreams and their passions.
If I had the funds, I would love to use them for the following:
– Offer my programs to schools at a highly discounted rate for schools that couldn’t afford them. I would love to offer the programs for free in rural areas as well.
– Offer my programs for free for underprivileged young women or women that are disadvantaged. I believe that they would really benefit from my programs.
Ideally, I would love my business to be running in all of Australia in private, public and rural schools. At least to start, and then see how my business evolves. My business has a lot of potential so I am not exactly sure what the future will look like. There is a market in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain (according to my google analytics). I have no doubt in my mind that it is going to be successful but I think that over time it will end up evolving into something that I never dreamed possible because there is a good market for it. The great thing is that there is always going to be new young women to teach every consecutive year. So the customers are endless. Presently, I would love to get more schools involved and do presentations in schools across all of Australia. I’m just finishing my first ebook of my workshop and then will also be creating ebooks for the following workshops. I would love to be able to do my presentations in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain.
