Our laser tattoo removal studio provides a comfortable, non judgemental environment for people to safely remove unwanted ink & pigmentation.

Expired Laser Studio was created as we noticed a large gap in Canberra for a welcoming, high quality and affordable studio for tattoo removal. Since having an unpleasant experience elsewhere, we wanted to focus on making our studio a comfortable, non clinical environment with the best possible care available. In the early stages of designing the studio, we decided that we also wanted to support the little guys within the tattoo and design industry. Clothing was purchased from small companies in Cooma, Cobra Cleanse Vegan skincare was stocked, and all our branding designed by Mike Shankster of Anvil Design Co in Jindabyne; with the aim to give them support and exposure.

We welcome any person of any age from any walk of life to come by the studio for advice on their unwanted tattoo, scar or pigmentation.

Expired Laser Studio?

By helping our project, we will grow a larger studio with the aim to remove tattoos without stigmatization and hefty price tags, support the Canberra tattoo, skate and hardcore music scene, and promote & support small businesses throughout the community. Personally, it will enable my partner and myself to get further training and finish creating our dream studio, whilst continuing to keep the costs down for our consumers.

Which resources do you need for the project?

We have the equipment necessary for removal, however, our website is handmade and the photography/filming equipment is just our phones. Building relationships within the industry would also help us to create a better tattoo scene.

Where will Expired Laser Studio
go in the future?

Our short term goal is to grow exposure for our small company, inc. sponsoring more individuals at local events in Canberra, to build a better website & fix our SEO, and to build better relationships with tattoo artists in Canberra & surrounds. Our long term goal is to expand the studio, including creating a destination place for large name guest tattoo artists.
