Summer of Stir: Piece by Piece

We recently had the chance to catch up with Alison Barracluff, Chair of Graphic Design section of Piece by Piece, the University of Canberra’s Faculty of Arts and Design 2016 Graduate Showcase.

She shared her passion for all things design, how her education has helped prepare her for her future design career, and how being part of the showcase’s organising team has provided her with an experience in leadership, sales and working with others on a large-scale project.

This year, the graduate exhibition will for the first time bring together all of the creative disciplines from the Faculty of Arts and Design, including architecture, industrial design, graphic design, interior architecture, media arts, web design, creative writing, film, heritage and museums. If you are interested in any form of design, this showcase will be a great opportunity to see some of the amazing work coming from Canberra’s next generation of designers.

The exhibition takes place on the 18th of November, 2016 at 6pm. For more information, visit their Facebook event page.

The Stir Crew is proud to announce that we will be sponsoring Piece by Piece through the Summer of Stir. If you’re taking part in the exhibition, or would like to know more about the Summer of Stir, visit our journal article.
